At our cafés, the emphasis is on cooking real food from basic ingredients. That means that our dishes and food combinations are created from scratch, and we rely on imaginative and skilful cooking.
Whatever we do, we use fresh produce, locally-sourced where appropriate and possible. Above all, we employ talented and passionate cooks, who concentrate on preparing high quality dishes with true, unfussy, and fresh flavours.
We strive to make our cafés friendly and informal. We feel that the whole experience of eating and drinking should be fun and relaxed, – a vehicle for socialising, rather than an end in itself.
